It's July already?!!!! What?!!!! That's crazy!!!!! I really can't believe that it's July. I've already been here for over a week!
But seriously, Germans are still going to school! It's July! You shouldn't be going to school in this heat!
Today, the German class (which, on Thursdays, are always a double-period), only went for one period, because we got out of school early because of the heat. So, only half of the German class, and no Politics today.
But...we still had 4 classes:
Biology- boring....once again talked about how not to get pregnant.....
Physics- boring....I have no idea what we talked about
English- once again....the best class ever! We talked more on the Bloody Sunday apology that the British Prime Minister gave to Northern Ireland. I understood everything, of course :)
German- no idea what so ever
But, still, school here is kind of fun....and I learn quite a few new vocabulary words....especially in English class....when we translate English into German.

not all germans are still going to school. the different federal states have a rotation system. if all federal states would have holidays at the same time, the economy would break down and all highways would be crowded by all holiday people. our state (northrhine-westphalia) is almost the last one to get holidays this year. the very last one is always bavaria. there the heat usually is staying until september.
